Service Department News & Events Service Satisfaction Information
It is our goal to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, it is very important to understand that complete satisfaction does not mean perfection. Perfection is what we strive for, but we are happy with excellence. Completely Satisfied means we have tried our very best and done everything we can here at the dealership to make you happy. If in your opinion we graded between 80% and 100% then it is considered Completely Satisfied.
The manufacturer may be sending you a survey about three to four weeks after we have performed warranty service to your vehicle. This survey is our "report card" from the manufacturer and it is very important to us that you will be able to fill out the survey as Completely Satisfied on all questions. The way the manufacturers score the surveys is "pass" or "fail"...and anything other than Completely Satisfied is a failing mark.
If for any reason you are unable to fill out the survey as Completely Satisfied, please call me, Chris Robicheau, directly and allow me the opportunity to correct any issues you may have so that you will be able to complete the survey as Completely Satisfied.
